[President Mills] We want to have productive infrastructure, and of course an open, tolerant one and our job as government is to produce quite an enabling atmosphere for investors. So long as you keep to our rules and regulations, we will have no problem whatsoever with any investor. And we know that among your people with considerable expertise especially in agriculture and of course in other areas; energy, and other very productive areas. We will also promise full cooperation with the investors who are here, and am sure whilst here you will have opportunity to go round the various areas, institutions which are responsible for investment. We therefore have the opportunity to ask the necessary questions, and I believe that members of your delegation will be able to make up your mind whether to invest or not and I know that at the end of the period, we will all insist that you would want to invest in energy.
