Should a six month buy sell be placed on the stock market ?

It would allow the index to go up, but unfortunately there are several inexperienced investors that choose to bail out whenever the “going gets tough”. This flurry of rise and fall occurs everyday because of these investors. In addition, there are several other investment firms with large capital that may bailout out at any given moment creating market volatility.
